Mel Gibson reteams with his "Air America" (1990) co-star Robert Downey Jr. in what possibly amounts to both actor's strangest movies ever. Produced by Mel Gibson and starring Gibson as a weird doctor, the Downey Jr. character finds himself in a hospital recovering from an extreme case of psoriasis while attempting write his novel. As odd as Gibson's "The Passion Of The Christ" is violent, this is definitely not for everyone. I'm not sure I'd watch this a second time but it sure was a step away from the mainstream, that's for sure!
