Feel good movie from Bruckheimer, taking a break from his usual action fare. Starmaking vehicle for Piper Parabo. Nice work from John Goodman as the Father of the character Parabo plays. This is not the greatest movie ever made. However, for what is - which is an entertaining, light as air, put your mind on hold kind of movie - it scores high. Easy on the eyes, great tunes and not overly sugary either.
