Director Stephen Frears follows up the decent "High Fidelity" with a low-key smaller film about an illegal Nigerian immigrant (Chiwetel Ejiofor) who discovers the unpalatable side of London life while trying to make a living there. When the Ejiofor character finds a human heart in one of the hotel toilets, he's in for more than he ever imagined. Leave it to Frears to package this story so well and extra credit to him for casting "Amelie" star Audrey Tautou.
