Quirky and bold movie about a a ventriloquist trying to become a success. Puppeteer Adrien Brody, fresh from "The Pianist", is perfect here as is the supporting cast featuring Milla Jovovich and Illeana Douglas. It meanders a bit but is worthy if you're willing to give it a fair viewing.
