One of those kind of sequels where all the main cast returns but are clearly just going through the motions of collecting a paycheck. The cast IS good however - Bruce Willis, Matthew Perry, Amanda Peet, Kevin Pollak and Natasha Henstridge - but the script is uninspired, making the first movie ("The Whole Nine Yards") appear to be genuinely heartwarming and funny, something this sequel does not come close to. Directed by Howard Deutch, who has given us much funnier and better stuff in the past like "Pretty In Pink" and "Some Kind Of Wonderful".
