Clint Eastwood stars and directs this "Armageddon" for old people. James Garner, Donald Sutherland and Tommy Lee Jones are good as Eastwood's astronaut team but while the equally lengthy "Armageddon" packed in thrills and suspense it seems Eastwood decided to go for a fast paced "get the story over with" routine, leaving us little to feel worried or tense about. The title itself, "Space Cowboys" is lifted directly out of "Armageddon" as well...
