One of the daring creative aspects of "21 Grams" may in fact work against giving it a wider audience. Using the editing style employed in "Pulp Fiction" and "Memento" where scenes are played out of order, it takes the viewer a little time to decipher what's really going on. When the story becomes clear, it's a tragic one for sure. Benicio Del Toro, Naomi Watts and Sean Penn are all great here in roles that are as far from Hollywood glamorous as you can possibly get. Also starring Clea DuVall, who is a very good up and coming actress in American film.
