Another in the attempts to pass off Sandra Bullock as a serious actress. Does it succeed? Two gifted high school students execute a series of "perfect" murders then become engaged in an intellectual contest with a seasoned homicide detective (played by Bulluck). It's a somewhat interesting premise and there's a lot of C.S.I. type similarities here but otherwise it's a wait for video affair. Directed by Barbet Schroeder, who has been known to crank out a quality movie in his time ("Reversal Of Fortune").
